      Pros

      Collaborative team, everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Lots of great team building opportunity Leadership was very approachable and transparent with expectations/decision making, I never felt out of the loop on anything Stress-free, with good work-life balance I enjoyed working at Ware Malcomb, my team was awesome and there were a lot of opportunities to continue growing if you express interest.

      Cons

      Not much in terms of innovation Schedule wasn’t very flexible Benefits could have been better (cost/premium, pto, 401k matching)

      - Great Leadership - a companie invested in employees personal Growth, advance, and career path - competitive compensation

      Cons

      - the division of studios and specialty can make it seems like working on only one part of the puzzle - not as all inclusive and hand on in jobs and design as a smaller firm
