      Pros

      You get to build a nice relationship with co-workers, lots of employees with tenureship. Flexible work from home policy.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership skills, sometimes seems we're just a $ symbol. They let go higher ups with great mentorship skills putting junior staff with no room upwards.

      Tough team work

      Pros

      Great work of the administrative staff and few really great supportive people in the team. Good health insurance, office space, and convenient parking. A lot of projects and need for staff. Frequent lunch and learns with free junk food. Some nice initiatives from the CA management.

      Cons

      No BIM education. Projects are primarily warehouses. Salaries are average for the market. Heavy workload with 50hrs work week. Management seems to be very biased and unconfident and therefore no promotions for some talented employees and super insincere relations within the team. Best workers tend to leave but some incompetent fellows hold their positions by flattering the management.
