      Pros

      Ware Malcomb has built a great employee culture, has some exciting projects, and a lot of great client relationships. I enjoy the projects that I am able to participate in.

      Cons

      The work and the projects are fast paced. It's not for everyone, but it can be fun if you like variety.

      A bit stressful with deadlines but that is part of the job description in the architectural world.
