      Pros

      People are great to work with. Exposure to a variety of projects and tasks.

      Cons

      They don't have the vision to grow the ID department and will take advantage of co-op students. Turnover is very common. Hiring process was messy and unprofessional - they've shared confidential information related to management so it was hard to build a relationship.

      Great place to work with an admirable culture giving employees lots of opportunities to learn. It offers the best training.

      Cons

      Sometimes completing the assignments requires more than 40 hours per week.

      A company that values its employees

      Pros

      Competitive salary and compensation, inclusive company culture, great work life balance, and plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Being based out of the Irvine headquarters also provides opportunity for a lot of perks such as in-house training, celebrations, company hikes, and barbecues. The company has an ongoing program that takes input from the employees themselves and implements them to the benefit of all.

      Cons

      Structured like a large company has its own cons, such as difficulty modifying your computers or programs. Also with a larger office, it is hard to get to know everyone that comes through on a personal basis.
