      My work experience at Ware Malcomb has been a great journey. From the first day I started, I feel like I have had a lot of opportunities to grow and learn many different things within my department, as well as other departments. I have gained more experience and confidence since working here. I feel like my team and my managers support me 100%. Flexible Hybrid Scheduling Community and Culture is good The Hub (Intranet) - The ability to see the creativity and offices at their greatest potentials (Halloween, Crushin' It, "WM Wins," etc)

      Cons

      A challenge for employers since 2020 is having team members come back into the office. I enjoy the days working from home, but I would like to see more face to face interactions with team members in the office.
