I had a great experience working for Ware Malcomb. From day one Ware Malcomb encouraged me to do my best, challenged me with new opportunities, and nourished me with mentorship and guidance. I see many people reach new levels in there careers at Ware Malcomb because of the responsibility and support Ware Malcomb gives to them. I have seen many success stories’ where someone starts out of school, and with hard work and talent becomes a director or a principal.
Outside of career growth Ware Malcomb has a great company culture. I think my favorite Ware Malcomb holiday is Halloween. Every office dresses up. In Pleasanton I think we had 90% participation. They also have lots of events that encourage health and fitness. Friday afternoon beers with the office are a great way to connect with the team, (if you’re not big into beer they also have wine). Don’t forget to ask about their fabulous holiday party.
Ware Malcomb is always innovating and looking at ways to get the job done better. They recently solicited all there staff (from interns to principals) for ideas on how to take Ware Malcomb to the next level. They do value everyone’s opinion.
Cons
There is always plenty of work at Ware Malcomb. If you don’t have a solid work ethic it may not be the place for you.
