      From Intern to Job Captain

      Comfortable work environment. Up to date Auto CAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam software. Fun and challenging projects. ARE weekly study group. Awesome company Christmas party.

      Cons

      Branding becomes superficial. 60+ hour work weeks. No credit for being a top production employee.
