      Pros

      It is a privilege to work for an organization that always strives to fill their mission of providing services to our amazing residents. WBSC is a faith-based ministry, which I'm blessed to be a part of. Our executive director is an exceptional leader and has brought forth many positive changes in the last few years.

      Cons

      Non profits cannot compete with for profit wages, but what I get back on a personal level more than makes up for higher wages.

      Pros

      My boss is exceptional. Affirming, cheerful, and fun, yet professional. Employee longevity. The administrator is a great guy who looks out for us. Listens to us The pay is competitive. The location is sublime. The company's ethics are admirable. The whole campus is covered with a prayerful, peaceful aura. Not one death from Covid. A team spirit. Management listens to employees. Our residents are great people. I'm blessed to serve here.
