Christ centered, wonderful residents, and a good community.

Cons

Way too understaffed, far away from I-5 freeway, and scheduling is so-so.

It is a privilege to work for an organization that always strives to fill their mission of providing services to our amazing residents. WBSC is a faith-based ministry, which I'm blessed to be a part of. Our executive director is an exceptional leader and has brought forth many positive changes in the last few years.

Cons

Non profits cannot compete with for profit wages, but what I get back on a personal level more than makes up for higher wages.
