Pros

Decent Pay, Small Company atmosphere, access to management, Owner will take chances on people with right mindset (even if skills are lacking)

Cons

Company is family run and staffed by owners family, Difficult to move up beyond entry level or lower management due to family, You will be required to work Saturdays, Business is in a dying industry as warranty processing is moving towards automation

Pros

One of the better jobs available in the area in terms of wages and work environment. A lot is expected of you, but you do generally feel appreciated when you put in the effort. There are also people working here who will go above and beyond the line of duty to help their coworkers.

Cons

They are having challenges scaling. The business was relatively small until the last few years. This leads to an occasionally stressful and chaotic work environment. The company also tends to be reactive rather than proactive in some areas.
