Communication and job direction to the employees is the worse I have ever experienced. Poor management and people skills.

Pros

Relaxed work environment, easy-going, opportunities to "try new things" outside of your assigned department. Great health care and 401k.

Cons

Definite "jock" environment. Most workers are expected to multi-task and perform activities outside of their department. Little room for advancement. Weak (but improving) connectivity between departments. Understaffed. Low salaries compared to market. No one really knows what's going on.
