Contrary to some of the negative reviews, I feel the complete opposite. -Management Team : 5/5 *Take an interest in your personal life as well as your professional goals. Always willing to help, ready to listen if you are having issues, and truly want to see you succeed. Management has a lot of trust in reps and allows them the autonomy they need to be successful. Always available for support and guidance when needed though. -Product: 5/5 *Product sells itself. Easy to understand and your colleagues, support team, and management team are always willing to help if there is something that you don't understand. Excellent training to get ramped up as well. -Compensation: 4.5/5 *This role is meant to be more of the entry level role in my opinion. With that being said, the salary is very competitive and the commission opportunities are also solid. Again, the product sells itself... -Culture: 5/5 *I feel very comfortable talking to our management team about personal issues or work related issues. Again, they are very accommodating and willing to help however they can. My peers are all incredibly helpful and it is a very nice team to be a part of. -Career Growth: 4.5/5 *Growing company. More and more opportunities are opening up. Internal growth seems to happen monthly for a number of positions and management looks to hire within.
