Lots of opportunities for growth and development, flexible working arrangements yield better work life balance, leadership team provides solid direction and the employees are aligned and work together for common goals. Overall incredible experience!

Pros

Wasabi has a great culture that starts with the CEO who trusts his team to use their expertise and believes in their experience. This permeates down through the entire organization. The flexible work from home schedule is unbelievable and when they were considering office hours, the CEO asked everyone for their weigh in. We can go in to the office if we want and full remote is beyond acceptable.

Cons

I can't think of any other than not being able to have large company events due to Covid!

Pros

Working on the marketing team here has been a fantastic experience. There are plenty of opportunities for career advancement and growth. Our CMO encourages a healthy work-life balance which is always appreciated. The company is growing quickly - it's an exciting place to work.

Cons

There seems to be more discontent within some of the other departments.
