-Wasabi is a high-growth tech company and it's a unique experience getting to help build a company and I don't foresee that changing anytime soon unless other low cost object storage solutions really start to take a foothold which may happen, the object storage market is getting more and more competitive from what I've seen.

Cons

-It took me a while to write this review, Wasabi isn't a bad place to work, it's also not a great place, it's a job. You will get a chance to work with some pretty amazing people off of the sales team. It's a place where it's culture on the sales team is built on finger pointing, laziness in some cases, and petty squabbles to avoid blame for the lower preforming reps actions or inactions.

Storage is a great market space, with infinite growth potential. The company has founders who have done it before.

Cons

Engineering is run very fast and loose, which creates an environment of constant firefighting.
