Real top-notch development team, filled with experienced people who have "been there, done that" several times with previous successful startups and don't get caught up in the typical start-up drama that plague less experienced teams. We do thing both the correct way (good processes, automated test coverage, agile development, well-tuned monitoring and real-time statistics/dashboards) as well as moving at a good tempo. We have a simple-to-understand proposition "Faster than Amazon S3, cheaper than Amazon Glacier" which brings us lots of customers. Supportive and friendly culture company-wide. Great technology framework and tooling choices - all the latest high-performance and up-to-date tech stacks!

I've worked in software in the Boston area for a long time, and Wasabi has by far the smartest and best engineering team I have ever worked with. We follow all best practices (Agile, etc.), and we have a good time doing it. Everyone has an equal voice, so we all feel free to contribute, and we all do contribute. Finally, and maybe most importantly, everybody is very respectful and kind to each other.
