This culture motivates me to grow, learn, and take initiative, fostering engagement and purpose.

Cons

Fast-paced growth can lead to shifting priorities and project scope creep. We have high expectations in our mission to become a world class storage provider, but can sometimes blur the boundaries between personal & professional time.
