Pros

I’ve worked at this company for a few years, and overall, it’s a great place to work. Most of the managers are supportive and have clear goals that keep the team moving in the right direction.

Cons

The only downside is that I wish there was better communication from upper management. I understand they can’t share everything happening within the company, but it would be helpful if they shared both the good and the bad news more openly.
