*Management at Wash Corp lacks the knowledge necessary to solve the problem. *Management is not respectful of employee’s personal time. *Management would rather continue to pay consulting firms $$$$ than develop current employees. *It’s a good ‘ol boys club, so good luck to any women trying to excel. *Recent large scale turnover highlights the toxic culture and how little management values experienced employees. *Management commonly forces experienced employees out to replace with new employees with 2-3 years experience.
