Pros

The Dumbo office is really cool. Nice view and location. People are nice and I made some friends through their DEI groups. Benefits are pretty good and the work life balance is nice.

Cons

Not much room for growth. Below average pay. A lot of designers are managed by people with copy backgrounds so craft and design education is lacking. That whole department has no clear structure. If you want to learn and push yourself and work on portfolio worthy projects I would say you should look elsewhere.
