You can work in sports marketing/management for a company that is constantly growing and thriving to be a significant player in the competitive marketplace

Cons

Limited internal growth opportunities. The more senior level individuals within the company typically inherit more accounts, and if there is a need for team leadership, the hires are more often from outside the company as opposed to promoted from within.
