Pros

Women in leadership roles. As much as a business can take care of their people, they do. Hybrid work, and if that doesn’t work for you, you can be all in. Their associate appreciation is on company time, only once a year are you doing something fun outside office hours and they don’t skimp. They are always trying to improve, and keep people out of silos. They will train you for what they need attitude is much more important.

Cons

Benefits could be better, but there are bonuses ect to try to level it out.

allows some telework and free parking but its in the hood

Cons

Bad benefits, they lied to me about what kind of health insurance they had switched from Aetna to some no-name company with high cost and deductible. No 401k match either. Low pay 58K compared to other similar companies for job Several really negative workers that have worked there 10+ years that complain about everything and are rude to new employees. Was told how cheap the owner is and they dont get reviews anymore etc. They run a horrible old version of SAP that is like 20 years old and takes a million steps to do simple tasks Also they are located in a bad area and random people cut through their parking lot all day and have broken into cars etc

Great place to work. They care about their associates, frequently request feedback and have a great work environment and values which makes it fun. All of the associates are so nice and great to work with.

Cons

Little bit of a drive getting to the office. But the working environment is really nice.
