6yThank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel you did not have support. We are always striving for better communications and support for all team members. We continue to offer an open door policy, so anyone can approach leadership with their concerns, especially as we undergo such high levels of change. In addition, we are using our internal focus groups to help identify the areas that need focus. We suggest that anyone with concerns take advantage of the avenues available to express your concerns: focus groups; town hall Q & As; 1-1 meetings with managers, HR, or executive leadership.
