      Thank you for your feedback. Our average tenure is 9+ years. Since you were at Wasserstrom for 10+ years, it would appear that the pros outweighed the cons. We also have 30% of our associates with 10+ years of tenure. So I would say we do have retention with tenured associates. :-)

      Pros

      Some of the people really do care about their job.

      Cons

      This company does not foster or encourage teamwork. Most of the managers are way underqualified but there are so many managers that the only employees that get in trouble are non managerial roles. Way to many cooks in the kitchen and they barely pay above minimum wage.
