The only pro to Wasserstrom is remote work.

Cons

Micromanagement, disorganized, does not plan ahead, pay is below national average, yearly merit increases are low. They use a software tracker called Insightful to track your computer activity during work but it is not accurate and known to have issues. High turnover rate, managers don’t even know what hours their remote employees work, etc

allows some telework and free parking but its in the hood

Bad benefits, they lied to me about what kind of health insurance they had switched from Aetna to some no-name company with high cost and deductible. No 401k match either. Low pay 58K compared to other similar companies for job Several really negative workers that have worked there 10+ years that complain about everything and are rude to new employees. Was told how cheap the owner is and they dont get reviews anymore etc. They run a horrible old version of SAP that is like 20 years old and takes a million steps to do simple tasks Also they are located in a bad area and random people cut through their parking lot all day and have broken into cars etc
