      Pros

      Wasserstrom is a well respected company in their industry. They really care about their employees. Brad Wasserstrom takes the time to talk to employees. It is a great company. The new HQ is really modern and trendy.

      Cons

      Could have better benefits. Like every company they have some negative people but most people are very positive.

We have made several changes in the last couple of years to improve benefits in accordance to associate need and affordability, as well as adding benefits. These efforts will continue. It is our desire to be able to offer benefits that are valuable to the associate and competitive with the marketplace.

      Pros

      Stability - this company has been around for more than a 100 years! Work-life balance isn't just a phrase; they really try to accommodate their associates. Bonus and incentives reward high performance.

      Cons

      Onboarding experience varies depending on which department you are hired into. Very few middle managers are good at managing; most seem to have been promoted up because they were good at being individual contributors instead of being good at managing people.

      Good people to work with, competitive pay. Great communication between managers

      Cons

      Lack of respect for reps, No way to advance. too many mistakes that get blamed on wrong people. Senior management tends to favor sales rather than customer service.
