Pros

Pretty good benefits, time off, good people to work with.

Cons

Many challenges between departments collaborating and working as a team. Good ladder climbing opportunities but pretty hard cap on salary once you reach a certain point.

Hands down, this has been the most supportive place I've worked. The new 6 week training was beneficial to get me ready to join my team and they make an effort to treat people like family. Teams seem to encourage each other and that isnt something seen everywhere!

Cons

I'm an early bird so working 8 to 5 is rough but do able. The PTO and 401k (compared to pay as a package) is not competitive for the market.
