Low pay for industry. Micromanagers in higher level purchasing, feels like you’re in school and they are principals making sure your not chewing gum in class

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding 401k matching, we currently do not have that. However- we do have profit sharing annual contributions (which do not require participating contributions to be eligible to receive them). We have also very recently changed to immediate eligibility for 401k (effective 1/1/2019) for all associates. This also reduces the eligibility time related to profit sharing. Regarding our health plans, they are very competitive in quality and price to other comparable business benefits, In addition, our time-off benefits are some of the strongest in the area. Maybe we need to enhance our communication and education of our benefits. We continue to strive for improvement overall, for our associates and our Company.
