Flexible schedules in many positions.

Cons

Managers have a tendency to repeat the phrase, "we are not a high paying company." The truth is that this is a low paying company. If you're going to work here, it's probably for the location or flexible hours.

Under staffed in certain areas, onboarding and training is lacking. Unless you are in management, salaries are below industry srandards; high turn over rate.

Stability of a 115+ year old company Family run (not publicly traded) Lots of experience from long-term employees (many 15+ years with company) In sales, plenty of vendor visits with lunches provided and sample items

Cons

Pay is on the low-end for the market Innovation is encouraged, but long-term employees (above) are often resistant to change. Much is done to make things look great on the surface, but are done just shy of being as inexpensively done as possible.
