The company cares about its associates. Great office environment. The company has been in business since 1902. Not many companies can say this. Great people to work with. Its a place I would recommend to any of my friends.

Cons

The company has been growing rapidly over the years. They have the normal growing pains associated with a fast growing company.

Open Door to upper management. Great place to learn and grow. Every department is willing to listen and explain issues. In national sales you travel the USA and meet customers face to face. You have every opportunity to advance.

Cons

It takes time to learn this job. There are so many facets of this job.
