4yThank you for your feedback. We recognize some of the long hours in recent months, due to business needs. (good business needs/sales!) In an effort to try and support our associates, who are very important to us. we have also been doing a variety of things in the manufacturing shops to provide additional reward for long hours with special pay related to levels of OT, and some very special things happening on Saturdays. We are listening and have implemented several ideas that have come directly from our associates. We appreciate you!
