Pros

The environment is positive and for the most part the people you work with are kind and forthcoming. The work itself can be dry due to the nature of it being restaurant supply- that is mitigated though by the people.

Cons

Lower than average pay for other fields. A good jumping off point, but that's it.

Management treats people with respect and care about their employees. Growing company. Competitive salaries and family environment. Overall a great environment It is one of the best jobs I have had!

Cons

Some departments are not open to trying new things. Not many choices for food in their break area. Benefits could be a little better
