Pros

Laid back atmosphere Cool bosses, with great understanding Vacation is encouraged, so taking time-off is usually easy.

Cons

Wage is low, And the yearly raises of 2% at such a low wage is almost non existent. Very few advancement opportunities, Unless you are good friends with management, you can pretty much forget getting a chance at any advancement. There is an extreme amount of favoritism, alot of positions are filled without giving current employee's a chance to interview.

Pros

the parties are an excellent to attend

Cons

The claim that integrity is part of their core values but district level management does not live by this. They fudge dates and number to make it look like they are meeting numbers, you are just a number.

Great corporation, terrible locations

Pros

Corporate has lots of meetings and pay for everything. You can show up and you are well taken care of. Great dining experiences and drinks flow non-stop.

Cons

The 'Work Hard Play Harder' corporate lifestyle is very real. They know how to have fun and do it very often. Lots of evens to attend and lots of fun to be had. Until you reach the individual site level. Sites and fleets are in terrible shape. At a site level the "Work Hard Play Harder" culture does not exist. It's "work 24/7." Call out sick? You're working. Taking vacation? You're working remotely. 2 am on a holiday? Answer your phone. At a site level, the "play harder" just becomes "work more." Corporate likes to give gifts, great benefits, and a wonderful employee stock bonus plan, but the day to day with poor management who aren't held accountable for their constant buffoonery that usually involve incidents and property damage it's beyond stressful. No matter what proof you have they want to dismiss everything and shift the focus onto numbers. This from the company who literally put "safety" on the stock market.
