      Pros

      Very positive, upbeat work environment. Managers are very invested in their staff and in hitting results. People seem to truly care about one another. The annual truck rodeo is a highlight.

      Cons

      There is sometimes a lack of communication down the chain, and some change at corporate catches us off guard.

      Pros

      Fun and caring leadership (servant leaders) with a work hard play hard, safety first mentality. Ability to move up in various roles, and get the training you need to succeed is always there and highly recommended. Pay is strong at certain levels, with a solid bonus program but the perks and colleagues make the job the best.

      Cons

      They do well to keep pay competitive, but often times you will work harder than you are compensated for...but I never had an issue as the perks and recognition made up for this.
