      The benefits, the pay and the way the company cares about their employees

      Cons

      Not a con but you have to actually work and be part of a team to succeed here. Could be a con for some but I couldn't think of any.

      Pros

      Great place to expand and grow your knowledge and skills in many different directions. Company truly cares about their front line employees.

      Cons

      Some things take time and could be discouraging at times. Hang in there and it'll get better.

      Pros

      The management was decent, but everything else lacked.

      Cons

      There are too many to list, but for starters, the trucks. The trucks they give you not only put your life at risk daily, but they don't have the money to fix them. Until you put your foot down and refuse to drive the POS they give you, your truck will never get fixed. Even when they do get fixed, something else is wrong with them almost immediately.
