      The management team truly cares about the employees who work here along with their families. Employees feel empowered and enjoy working here. Positive work environment. Waste Connections offers great benefits, an amazing culture, and management that are true Servant Leaders.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Everyone is friendly and willing to help everyone learn and grow. They truly believe in, and practice, servant leadership. Waste Connections is a true second family.

      Cons

      Very decentralized so you occasionally find yourself "reinventing the wheel" when it comes to reports or trackers. You find yourself building a report that someone elsewhere in the company probably already have. With this being said, they are getting MUCH better about have a centralized folder where anyone can save their templates to be used by others.
