      Pros

      Servant Leadership Corporate team is approchable- can call them at any time and they will answer. Local team is more like family than co workers

      None so far, I really love working at Waste Connections-El Paso Disposal.

      Pros

      The hours at this company are Mon -Friday. The office atmosphere is relaxed, fun however very professional and fast pace. Managers lead with commitment to make sure its a better place everyday. There is always room for growth. Cross training for many positions is alway possible. Great communication. Great Benefits, Vacation and 401k. Casual work attire and a lot of fun themed events. Managers care about your well being. Incentive Bonus Pay is monthly!

      There have been time that Saturday half days are needed however very rare.
