Waste Connections has been hands down the BEST company I have ever worked for. I've never worked for a company who cared so much about their employees and actually took the time to get to know them, make them better and give them the tools to succeed in every way. Its a very close knit family atmosphere that you feel like you can be yourself in and have fun in. If you would have told me 5 years ago I would be working for a garbage company now I probably would have laughed and said never, but now I plan to stay here for a long time!

Work hard, play harder environment where everyone's opinion counts. Employees are valued at every level. We don't work in "Silos" for a corporate office, they instead support the field as needed/requested.
