      Long Hours, Really early start times. Management is angry and explosive, never encouraging or appreciative. Scheduling is not consistent. Drivers never know what route they will be on, everything changes from day to day. Terrible equipment.

      Pros

      Very positive, upbeat work environment. Managers are very invested in their staff and in hitting results. People seem to truly care about one another. The annual truck rodeo is a highlight.

      Cons

      There is sometimes a lack of communication down the chain, and some change at corporate catches us off guard.
