      Work/life balance is good. Tries to have a work family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management will only speak with an upset/irate customer after multiple calls or when customer complains to corporate. Under staffed in the office. No performance reviews or cost of living increases Employees treated unfairly. Hard working employees often treated harsher than employees that could care less about job or coworkers.
