      Pros

      Safety - Others talk employee safety. Waste Connections actually lives it. Integrity - They keep their promises. Servant Leadership - Leaders work hard to help their employees be successful. Work/Life Balance - I always have my weekends and vacations. Growth - There are many opportunities for career growth and promotion.

      Travel - Some may consider the travel requirements to be excessive. Work Pace - The volume of work can be challenging and the pace of change can be frenetic.

      Pros

      Everyone is nice, easy to get along with.

      Cons

      During my time at this company, I was not given much leadership from anyone. I had very little training for being new to the trash industry. It lead me to not being confident in talking to potential customers and losing a lot of potential with the company. They send you to Houston for a generic sales class, but that does not apply anything to the actual industry. The company seems to be more concerned with jacking up prices of their product and unveiling new CRM tools than actually investing in there employees.
