      Pros

      Great people that genuinely care about each other, decent wage, management treats subordinates as equals, relaxed environment, some perks, personal space.

      Cons

      Non-existent communication, organization, stuck in a world 20-30 years back, expensive insurance, only 1 week of pto after year of service, no sick time

      Pros

      Friendly environment, great benefits, room for advancement. Lots of paid vacation and PTO hours. Family environment. Free coffee. Lots of perks. There was no micro-management at all. It was nice to be able to come into the office, do my job and leave at the end of the day. If I needed to take time off, it was easy to schedule.

      Cons

      Not any that I can think of right now. Waste Connections was very good about fixing any job-related issues. They did a great job of working with employees to resolve issues and to utilize the strengths of their employees. Advancement was readily available.
