      Pros

      Company is in solid financial shape and should do well for years to come.

      Cons

      Decentralized nature provides different experiences for people depending upon the reporting lines. Very much the feel of a private family owned company. Some leaders that preach at you about servant leadership struggle to practice it themselves.

      decent co-workers & so-so equipment

      Don't care about employees. Only worried about companies public persona. Its all about the I-Rate. Change site manager's like I change socks. No loyalty to workers whatsoever. As long as site mngr gets his bonus $$-its all good. He's an idiot who thinks he knows more than any other person in the business. Zero personality.
