      no limits on growth potential. given as much responsibility as wanted.

      Pros

      Each office is somewhat independent of the main corporation, which allows for a more flexible and casual feel. Generally smallish number of employees.

      Cons

      The pros are the same as the cons. They're mostly operating out of small, local offices meaning that if you don't get along with the people there, you're kind of stuck.

      Pros

      Waste Connections will provide you with a non-stop workload. You will never have to worry about hours. They also have great office parties.

      Cons

      -Poor benefits for hourly workers. - Work every other Saturday - Often a high stress environment when it does not need to be. This causes workers to be nervous and make mistakes. - Re-location often required for advancement
