      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere Cool bosses, with great understanding Vacation is encouraged, so taking time-off is usually easy.

      Cons

      Wage is low, And the yearly raises of 2% at such a low wage is almost non existent. Very few advancement opportunities, Unless you are good friends with management, you can pretty much forget getting a chance at any advancement. There is an extreme amount of favoritism, alot of positions are filled without giving current employee's a chance to interview.

      Pros

      Nice company to work for.

      Cons

      They won't promote girls or like to hire girls for some type of roles. The person in charge is sexiest against girls. In the lower pay in the market and not much mobility to move up the ladder.
