      The coworkers at the local level. The support from the operations managers.

      Cons

      Lies about bonuses. Lies about career growth. They have complete control over the commission structure and reserve the right to change it at any time, and they will, even after you have sold the account and manage their book of business. Unethical practices from management, high turnover rates, and they do not care to take food out of your family’s mouth if it goes to buy the managers a new car, golf club, or toy.

      Vast majority of openings are hand selected based on who is liked best. No posting. No ability to explore other roles or areas. So you must be happy with your role as no ability to advance
