      Don’t waste your health on this place

      Pros

      Salary was the only part that was decent.

      Cons

      Negative coworkers. Unrealistic expectations. Work you to the point of stress burnout. No real “time off” expected to work 8+ hours in office, then work once you are home until you go to bed. Expected to work weekends. No real time to take off for vacations so unlimited PTO is a joke. Supervisor told me to not have a baby during a certain time frame (ILLEGAL)

      I loved working there, unfortunately I was fired but I made a lot of money working there

      The Waste connections that I worked at, pushed us to get ours to have big paychecks

      Cons

      If you drive rear load trucks you may have a temp loader and they a majority of the time do not know what they’re doing or have never done trash before so it prolongs your day dragging it on
