Pros

Best trucking job I've ever had. The people I work with here are fantastic. No micromanaging...managers are trained in Servant Leadership. Amazing benefits...2 weeks PTO starting out, 401k with match, Health/Dental/Vision Safety is HUGE here. We're coming up on 1100 days free of any incidents.

I started working for them a year ago after coming from waste management . First thing I noticed was that they treat you as an employee not just a number they seem to care for there employees . They have awesome safety programs in place that pay you for being a safe driver and the management team treats you like your a part of there family .

Cons

The use of drive cam very critical about the use of it

Decentralized model leads to great exposure to operating a waste company within a market area. Definitely great operators to be surrounded by to build a strong foundation for a career.

Cons

Your experience will vary wildly depending on whom you report to. Management will ask a lot of you and no matter how many times you deliver they will never answer when you ask of them.
