Not you normal accounting job, as with a decentralized structure, you have the opportunity to partner with your District Manager to make your own business decisions. You are involved in accounting close, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, contracts, and variance analysis. Working for a company that truly cares about its employees, and working with people who care about each other. Viewed as a business partner, not just a beancounter.

Cons

Compared of other accounting roles, compensation is heavily bonus/equity based. However with consistently growing stock and returns in the stock market, this has been advatageous.
