      Employees want to do what is right. Great potential for the company to support their employees. Good health care, decent PTO policy.

      Cons

      Manager title is just a title. No authority to fire, give raises; . Annual reviews are a joke. Upper management is closed minded; seems like only the incoming $ matters. NO work life balance, you are expected to answer calls, texts, emails 24/7 (even when you’re on PTO). CYA atmosphere. Short-handed. Work is piled on with no additional compensation because the job description includes something like and addition duties as assigned.
