We get exposed to all sorts of work including development, testing, documentation, pr reviewing etc Everyone is approachable and each day we have opportunity to explore something new.

Cons

No cons as such. A little less lenient on holidays and wfh.

1> Some teams are strict and don't allow for hybrid 2> Employees with less exp have less say in decisions made 3> Work Life balance totally depends on your team manager.
